Horizons Place Tagaytay offers different modes of payment

Discounts are given for:

• cash outright - 10% discount
• cash, payable in 6 months - 5% discount

For the other terms of payment,

• deferred cash payment, payable in 18 months
• 20% immediate downpayment - balance of 80% payable at buyer's option of 5 or 10 year ammortization, which shall begin 1 month from downpayment.  A 10% discount on the downpayment  shall be granted and the deduction is spread on the 80% ammortization payments.
• 20% downpayment payable in 12 months - with the 80% balance spread over 5 or 10 years, depending on the buyer's option

All prices above PhP 2.5M are subject to VAT

Miscellanous fee approximately 3% of the amount for lot buyers.
