- What stage of development is the subdivision in?
As of January 2008, we have completed the road network and are almost finished with the drainage system. Overall, our target accomplishment to date can be estimated at 70%.
Our next stage of construction will be the perimeter fence and entrance gate. After that, we will construct the water system and the electrical facilities. The water will be supplied by the local water district and the electrical facilities will be supplied by Meralco. We will also have a water tank reservoir for emergency use.
2. Will you be selling a house and lot package?
Yes, we will sell the house and lot package at the last quarter of 2008. The architectural plans are finished but the subdivision development must first be completed before any construction can be made. At the moment, buyers can reserve and purchase their chosen lot.
