Hello! I've just come back from a successful trip to Dubai. It was great seeing old friends and meeting new ones. I left  Dubai 12 years ago but I've been back a few times, and it is like a second home to me. I went to promote the project and was quite surprised with the response I got. I didn't realize that there is a big demand for properties in Tagaytay, specially for the expat wives who want somewhere cool to go to when they visit the Philippines with their foreign spouses.

With its world class golf courses, and numerous restaurants and bars, you'd be spoilt for choice in Tagaytay. I have offered the buyers a free weekend stay at a hotel in Tagaytay, together with dinner at Chine Restaurant located in the Casino, and of course, for those that can't resist to try their luck I have also included PhP 1,000. pocket money.
